Club Training Sessions The Club meets on a Wednesday at 7.30pm at The Pavilion near the recreation ground in Dunmow. During the Summer month's we switch venues now and again to run from Grange Farm Fitness Centre, this gives us some different routes to run during the light evenings. Sessions are varied week by week to keep it as motivating as we possibly can! The 1st Wednesday of every month is a time trial handicap. In the light evenings we run the Dunmow 5 course and in the dark evenings it is a 2.4 mile route around Dunmow Town Centre. See below for details of the immediate month or two, Other more impromptu training runs take place in the daytime from Grange Farm Fitness Centre (Club Headquarters).
