Another great trail and really nice to have a good group social run! The weather was kind with no rain for the early starters. The pint at the end went down a treat too! The clouds must have cleared too as Andy pointed out the full moon!

Full results on Mid-Essex Casuals web site. Howard Jardine 35th, John Hardy 55th, Lee Prowse 58, Katia Jardine 59th and Gavin Foster 69th. Gavin was the only GFDR to complete all four.

Thanks John. Unfortunately my ankle isn't too good, don't think I will be running for a few weeks I don't seem to have much luck with the Easter Trails, think I had better give them a miss next year!

Hi John - it was interesting to see that the few seconds delay in the data entry timing s for the second race equated to two dropped places in the overall placings. It is amazing that the 5 seconds lag made that much of a difference!
