Hello Everybody
Just wanted to let you know that I am alive and well in Hong Kong on business.
I was suppose to have gone to Canada as well but it is unlikeley that this will happen now.
Hope to be back with you in August sometime. My running has come to a grinding holt due to an ankle injury that I picked up, hope to do some short runs in and around Hong Kong though.
