On 8 August, as a normal training night, I will be holding, at my house in Wethersfield, a running, swimming, ( and not to forget the Pub!) event!

Just to say a huge thank you to Richard AND Linda for hosting the Chairman's run on Wednesday evening. A very enjoyable run thorough some lovely countryside and a very enjoyable drink in the pub afterwards. I missed the dip in the pool as I didn't bring my cossie and skinny dipping at my age is just not an option. Thank you once again, a great night!
