Just to wish all you brave souls that are running London on Sunday the very best of luck with the weather, the "wall", and all of it! Most of all have a great time and relish the moment.
Yep! Good luck to everyone thats running the London Marathon on sunday, i know you'll do the blue & whites proud. Have a good run & most importantly, enjoy yourselves out there.( hey! easier said than done! LOL!!!!)
A massive well done to everyone who represented and run for The Blue & Whites of dunmow at the London Marathon today. For some, being there first marathon or another one. A brilliant effort from you all! Well done! ps: and wishing you all a speedy recovery and hope that you dont have to suffer the marathon after effects for very long!!
Well done to you all, it was a tad warmer than expected which was ideal for us spectating, but you all did brilliantly... great stuff !! I can report that after suffering cramps Ian L was seen hydrating efficiently with Fullers ESB. In the cause of scientific research I joined in !!
Well done to my fellow marathoners, especially the ladies who ran superbly. I can concur that the Fullers was excellent for post-race rehydration
A big thankyou also to our support crew who really looked after us and cheered us on around the course. It was a real boost to see some familiar faces amongst the crowds. Thanks to Howard for organising the coach and the extensive in-flight refreshments after the race
Thank you milord
.
I hope to enjoy the whole day, good luck to all who are running

Entries for the london Marathon 2013 ballot open next Monday April 30th.
I recon I should have rehydrated with ESB before, during and after the race
.
At least then I would not have felt any pain
.
